At KL Developments we are committed to investing in our local communities and working in partnership with local residents and businesses. Our proposals include committing to improve the local road infrastructure such that there is a safer environment for pedestrians and additional traffic flow to the area will be mitigated. We will do this via the addition of a roundabout on Red Street, and a traffic light system at the junction of West Way and Hunters Corner. Integrated green corridors will ensure our community can utilise new eco-friendly bus services, shared electric vehicles and cycleways.

 

We will also be rebuilding the playground on Southwick Road to improve public services in the local community. Our development will contribute to the vibrant local town, and bring additional foot-traffic to the businesses and shops in the local area.
